Our second day at Mid-Ohio began with all the track rats following the weather radar to see whether we were going to get rain.  The predictions were for two storm fronts to come through but they were thin lines and it looked like we might get a soaker in the mid-morning.  The good thing about this cold front was that the temperature was about 20 degrees cooler than it had been in over a week which made it more comfortable, although there would be less grip than on Day 1.

The Instructor run group went out first and we saw a rainbow over the track which made for a nice morning welcome but also predicted the rain.  Fortunately, the two storm systems were very small and very light so all sessions went off in mostly dry conditions in the morning after which clear, blue skies ruled the day.

Under the guidance of Peter Mills and a team of experienced instructors, all of our students completed the two days without a single incident (well, there was a spin or two but no contact with any fixed objects).   We hope that all the students came away with a new sense of confidence in their abilities as well as a greater respect for the amazing handling of an NSX.
